Not much to say about this one. Its Valley Forge, I train here, and its hard to screw up even if you're not from around here. #7 did go missing tho, so I lost a good bit of time there. Otherwise more the same -- out of shape, lousy physical performance, sore foot, and so on. I bonked at about #28 or so, costing myself 2 places.

The good news is I've seen some fieldwork for a possible sprint champs in '08. Looks like some good stuff, and looking forward to setting it.
